UNI. VERSE
STUDIO
I started Uni.Verse Studio, LLC. in 2020 as an outlet for myself and other artists to fuse artistry with experience—creating moments that resonated through the lens of culture.
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to not only share my own talents but to bring other Black artists into the fold—artists whose cultural insight and creative empathy have made each project more meaningful and powerful.
My goal remains to use Uni.Verse as a bridge between resonance and reality, helping brands connect through the celebration of Black artistry. Below is a portfolio of moments I designed with my brand partner Demetrius Philp, including epic exhibits and beautifully crafted editorial photoshoots.

Art Exhibit: Curator & Installation Artists
The category was iNDiViDUALiTY. Uni.Verse and its all-Black creative group launched their first-ever art exhibit inside an actual gallery—marking a major milestone for me as my first exhibit to be showcased in such a space.
The show featured powerful work from premier African artists and Bay Area creators, alongside a vibrant photography series capturing the unapologetic energy of Black LGBTQ+ community leaders and creatives from the Bay.
The exhibit transported guests into an immersive environment full of cultural art, Instagram-worthy moments, and dynamic storytelling.
parallel transition
Art Exhibit: Curator & Installation Artists
My first artist showcase took a deep dive into the beginning of 2020 - marked by two parallel global battles.
First, the sudden arrival of COVID-19, which upended daily life and forced us to adapt to concepts like social distancing.
The other was the renewed fight against systemic racism and police brutality—a powerful shift emerging from a period of isolation and confusion.
So I built a gallery space in my backyard and opened it up to artists from around the world to have a safe space to exhibit their commentary.
The result was a an exhibit that caught the attention of many and ignited a flame in me that keeps me pushing to bring Black artists onto every project I touch.
Dream Catcher
Art Exhibit: Curator & Installation Artists
What does it mean to imagine something outside of yourself. How have our dreams, or the dreams of others molded the world we know. From fantasy to bizarre all the way to reality...we invited attendees & artists to express HOW YOU DREAM.
The central Installation for this Art Exhibit provided by MHDesign was be a Fantasy of Perspective. Similar to our first showcase, MHD created an immersive environment that featured black art from artists all over the world. The environment was full of color and energy. A large 3D Dream Weaving Installation caught the momentum of our inner thoughts and dreams, then released them into an arena of good vibes and Hope.
